1. Acceptance
By placing an order or creating an account on Elopotion you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Elopotion provides League of Legends boosting, coaching, account-services and digital-product purchases by matching customers with verified high-elo players. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Riot Games. League of Legends is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices shown on the live order form are inclusive of the service-level base and any add-ons you select. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. Currency conversion is handled by Stripe at the prevailing rate.
5. Booster assignment and delivery
Once paid, orders are released to the booster pool (or the booster you requested) and started as soon as a match is available. Estimated delivery windows are provided on the order page and at checkout — they are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on queue conditions and the customer's region.
6. Account access (boosting services)
For solo-mode services the booster must sign into your account. Credentials you provide are encrypted at rest and only visible to the assigned booster and administrators. We recommend you change your password after the order completes. Boosters operate with VPN protection matched to your account's region and run in offline mode by default.
7. Refunds
If your order is undeliverable we refund in full. If we've partially delivered, the refund is pro-rated to the work remaining. Refunds for change-of-mind on completed work are not provided. All refund requests are subject to review for fraud.
8. Account purchases
Shop accounts are sold as-is. We guarantee the account is delivered in the condition described and is not banned at the time of delivery. Any subsequent ban arising from buyer activity is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend changing the email and password immediately on receipt.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to launder money, defraud the payment processor, harass providers or other customers, or attempt to abuse coupon / loyalty mechanics. Violations may result in order cancellation without refund and account termination.
10. Riot ToS
Using a boosting service may violate Riot's terms of service for your account. By ordering you acknowledge that risk. We mitigate it with VPN, offline mode and behavioural controls but cannot guarantee an account will not be actioned by Riot. See our anti-ban guide on /guides for more detail.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elopotion's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and (where appropriate) emailed to the address on your account.
