How Elopotion collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data when you use our League of Legends boosting, coaching and account services.

1. Who we are

Elopotion (“we”, “us”) operates the website at elopotion.com and provides League of Legends boosting, coaching and digital-account services to players worldwide. Contact: support via the Discord server linked from the homepage footer.

2. What we collect

To deliver your order we collect:

  • Account identifiers — name, email address, Discord handle
  • Order details — service chosen, current and target rank, queue type, server region, role preference, any add-ons
  • Sensitive credentials only when a service requires them — for solo boosting we ask for game-account login post-purchase, encrypted at rest and visible only to the assigned booster and admins
  • Payment metadata via Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers; Stripe holds the payment token
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit on the site

3. Why we collect it

To create your order, route it to a verified booster, charge for it, deliver it, and contact you about it. We also use aggregate site telemetry to fix bugs, improve UX and prevent fraud.

4. Who we share it with

Your assigned booster sees the order details and (where required) login credentials. Stripe handles payments. We may share data with our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase) for operational purposes. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as needed to provide refunds, dispute resolution and legal obligations (typically 6 years for tax records). You can request earlier deletion of your account by contacting support — note that this may break ongoing orders.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email support or DM us on Discord to exercise any of these.

7. Cookies and tracking

The site uses session cookies for authentication and a small number of essential analytics cookies. We don't run advertising trackers.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and post a notice on the site.
